We’re jazzed to announce that Robin Meyer recently joined Chuckanut Builders as Communications Director!
Robin is new to the construction industry but not to town! She has lived and worked in Bellingham for the past 20 years, largely in non-profits; including a number of years spent for affordable housing and housing justice.
Most recently Robin was at Girl Meets Dirt, a boutique, specialty food producer based on Orcas Island that makes and sells heirloom, award winning preserves & natural wines. Robin also serves on the board of the Community Boating Center, working to ensure safe water recreation is available to everyone in our community. She’s also learning to sail!
A few fun facts about Robin
1. She’s a member of the open water swimming community in Bellingham!
2. Here favorite book is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer.
3. She’s an avid traveler, having visited 17 countries and is on a mission to experience many more. Next up is a heritage trip with her sister, to Wales!
