We’re green builders and community builders
The Green Home Tour is on June 22nd this year and we’re pretty excited about our stop. Dubbed the Lindsay Avenue Xanadu, this home is beautiful, durable and an ideal showcase of the many trade contractors and suppliers we’re proud to work with. A few of the businesses we collaborated with on this project will be on hand throughout the day, including Ecotech Solar, Stillwater Dwellings, Smith and Vallee Woodworks, and Small Planet Supply. We hope you’ll stop by to check out Lindsay Avenue Xanadu, chat about green building and maybe connect with friends, both old and new.

About Lindsay Avenue Xanadu
The Lindsay Avenue Xanadu was a first for us. We’ve been intrigued by the possibility of building a prefabricated home. When Stillwater Dwellings approached us about this project we jumped at the chance.
Stillwater homes feature contemporary design with dramatic natural lighting, beautiful finishes and thoughtful, right-sized floor plans that are built using a combination of prefabricated wall panels and custom finishes installed onsite. To ensure that the home was durable, comfortable and healthy we installed advanced mechanical systems and a durable building envelope. This home is sure to withstand the elements in style.
Collaboration, innovation, and community building are all trademarks of the Lindsay Avenue Xanadu. Are you intrigued by this project? Learn more about it on our blog and check out the full portfolio for more pictures.
