When the owners of Dashi Noodle Bar found this space they had a vision of creating an energetic restaurant that invited folks to hang out, eat noodles and spend time with other diners.
Project Details
Our role in this project was that of finish carpenters. We installed all of the cabinets; built and installed the bowling alley slab tables, bar and seating; fabricated the railings for the patio seating and crafted the interchangeable menu cards. The bowling alley slabs are such a great design detail, we love the finished product and are hoping to build more tables and benches from this awesome material! We love this restaurant!
