El Sueñito translates to ‘little dream’ in Spanish. Walk into the space and you’ll see why. Everyone at El Sueñito is passionate about the company, the PNW and beer! 

The building that now houses El Sueñito was originally an auto repair shop and sits squarely in an industrial area in the Sunnyland Neighborhood. 

Turning a repair shop into a brewery isn’t as complicated as on might think. All of our trusted subcontractors helped in the transformation including (but not limited to) Spectrum Plumbing, Carlson Steel and Foundation Restoration.  

The brewery has a full commercial kitchen for making tamales, a take out counter, public facing brew space and a beautiful, outdoor covered patio.
