We have a running joke at Chuckanut Builders that 2022 is the year we turn coffee shops into cocktail bars. First it was Nomad and then Matthews Honest Cocktails. 
Matthews Honest Cocktails sits in the heart of downtown, in what for years was a Starbucks. The bar, at the corner of Railroad and Holly, is stunning inside. A custom built, red-lite bar stands in the center with teal green walls and a dark green ceiling. Michelle of Spiral Studios hit the nail on the head with the design, the atmosphere is perfect.
